 ApexGear Shipping & Nationwide Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan covering all major metropolitan cities, regional towns, and rural districts via our trusted logistics partners (TCS, Trax, PostEx, CallCourier, Leopard).

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds:
- FREE Nationwide Delivery: On all orders of Rs. 2,000 and above.
- Standard Delivery: Flat Rs. 200 delivery fee on orders under Rs. 2,000.
- Payment Method: 100% Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay cash to the courier rider upon delivery.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines:
- Same-Day Processing: Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are dispatched from the warehouse on the same business day.
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): Delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
- Other Towns & Regional Districts: Delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

3. Order Confirmation & Live Tracking:
- Following order placement, you will receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message to verify your address.
- Once handed over to the courier, an SMS/WhatsApp notification with your Live Courier Tracking Link will be sent to your mobile number.
