By placing an order on ApexGear.pk (ukzxeu-70.myshopify.com), you agree to the following operational terms and conditions:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment:
Placing a Cash on Delivery order represents a valid purchase agreement. Please ensure you or an authorized representative are available at the provided delivery address with the exact cash amount.

2. Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to warehouse dispatch with zero cancellation penalty by replying "CANCEL" to our automated WhatsApp verification message. Once a parcel is in active transit with the courier, cancellation is not permitted.

3. Fraud Prevention & COD Blacklist:
Intentionally placing fake orders, providing bogus delivery addresses, or refusing verified deliveries without valid cause causes severe logistics losses. Repeated refusal offenders are automatically submitted to Pakistan's national e-commerce logistics blacklist.
